What the Future May Hold for Hotels
While the U.S. treks through to the tail-end of the pandemic, the hotel industry is barely clinging on. With vast labor shortages across the country, hotels were forced to make adaptations that may permanently stick post-pandemic. By replacing workers with robots, charging extra for certain services that were initially free, and adding more amenities, hotels are looking to boost revenue despite the decline in travel.
