Josh Gingerich.
Josh joined TGP as a Web Designer in 2023, bringing a keen eye for strategy and storytelling. Specializing in website development, SEO, and tasteful interface design, he brings a deep understanding of a user’s perspective in navigating an online experience, along with a passion for crafting compelling digital environments. His background as a Senior Graphic Designer, along with his love of elegant and modern visuals, brings a high level of creative skill to our marketing team.
At TGP, Josh audits, redesigns, and builds client websites, delivering high-impact upgrades intentionally based on specific targeted needs. He also maintains the site health of all of our clients’ websites, and suggests and executes regular site improvements strategically throughout tax seasons.

Outside of work, Josh (a former professional Pastry Chef) enjoys testing gluten-free bread recipes, crafting artisan chocolates, mixing house music, and exploring Portland’s vibrant food and beverage scene. He also loves pursuing fun fitness challenges, from weight training to outdoor adventures. He’s delighted to be part of TGP, and is always excited to elevate a client’s brand with design services that authentically reflect their people and character.
