Lynn Prange has been a cornerstone of The Growth Partnership (TGP) since 2007, advancing from Administrative Assistant to her current role as Director of External Learning Programs. In this capacity, Lynn oversees the development and delivery of comprehensive training initiatives, including The Partner Institute™ and several firm universities.

With a background in hospitality and event planning, Lynn brings a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset to her work. She leads the learning and training department, ensuring that every event—virtual or in-person—delivers an engaging and impactful experience for participants. Known for her client-focused approach, Lynn is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive professional growth. She works closely with firms to understand their unique needs and deliver training programs that provide real value.

A lifelong resident of a small town near St. Louis, Missouri, Lynn balances her professional commitments with a busy family life alongside her husband and two energetic kids. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her on the sidelines cheering at her children’s sporting events. She also enjoys staying active, cooking, baking, and planning themed birthday parties. Additionally, she finds fulfillment in co-planning annual charity golf tournaments, using her event expertise.
