Kennedy joined The Growth Partnership in 2021 on the administrative team for both the training and development and outsourced marketing departments. In 2022 she began working with The Rosenberg and INSIDE Public Accounting surveys.

As operations coordinator at INSIDE Public Accounting, Kennedy works closely with the IPA team to administer the four practice management surveys.

Her pivotal role with the Rosenberg Survey includes working closely with survey participants to ensure effective communication, analyzing and reviewing the survey submissions to ensure apples-to-apples comparisons of data, and managing the survey platform to streamline operations.
