Patrick leads and coaches groups for The Growth Partnership’s CRoPs Practicum and serves on their facilitation team.

Patrick’s background includes more than 18 years training & coaching in the accounting industry across North America. He served eight years in University Continuous Improvement at Arizona State University and three years as a training and development consultant for hotel resorts in Nevada and Arizona. He was on the faculty of a Fortune 100 Company for 8 years.

Patrick’s knowledge and expertise add a great dimension to any training organization.

Patrick is an Arizona native. He was born in the Valley of the Sun and raised in Northern Arizona. He attended Mesa Community College for two years before serving 18 months as a church volunteer in the Dallas/North Texas area. Patrick currently resides in Gilbert with his wife Kristina. They have three sons, Jon, Cole & Adam, and a daughter Jessie.
