Before joining IPA, Taylor worked in practice coordination and operations at an IPA Top 100 accounting firm, where they developed a deep appreciation for the people, challenges and opportunities shaping the profession. With a background in writing, college-level teaching, and executive support, they enjoy combining analytical thinking with compelling storytelling to make technical topics accessible, meaningful, and actionable.
