The Growth Partnership (TGP) partners with the AIA to deliver their national Leadership Development Academy. In addition, TGP is a subsidiary of Engineered Tax Services, an AIA Innovation Partner. The three program helps cohort member achieve leadership potential to make a difference in their firms, in the architecture profession, and in their local communities. Program participants learn critical business and leadership skills to build business, lead change and innovation, empower and engage people, and create immediate impact.
