The Partner Institute™

The Partner Institute™ is a three-year, multidisciplinary program designed to develop the personal, interpersonal, managerial and organizational capabilities of its attendees. Whether a partner or partner-to-be, The Partner Institute™ assists participants in developing the needed skills and attributes for successful firm leadership.

For over 10 years, we have served as the accounting industry’s premier partner development program—providing content, processes and tools designed specifically for the CPA. The program adheres to a learning model. The Partner Institute that meets the unique needs of the adult learner, and ensures real-world application of the knowledge and skills taught.

The curriculum includes five categories of development:

  2. Productivity
  3. Communication
  4. Practice Development
  5. Practice Management

The Growth Partnership is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
